WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE

Your dog knows you need help.
Now they have a way to alert your family.

Whether your dog came from a service dog charity, you are training your own service dog, or a trainer helps you at home, you are building the skills to support you in the room.

The problem: If you fall or cannot reach your phone, barking relies on someone being close enough to hear.

The fix: The iPupPee button plugs into the wall and sits on your floor. With a trained paw press or nose nudge, your dog sends an app alert to up to 3 family members, even when they are away from home.

How iPupPee works
in 3 simple steps.

  1. 01

    Your dog presses the button.

Your dog taps the wide floor button with their paw or nose.

  2. 02

Up to 3 people get an app alert.

The free app sends a notification to up to 3 family members or friends.

  3. 03

Family sees and talks to you.

Your family opens the built-in live camera to see the room and talk to you through the speaker.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Choose the device
for the job you need.

iPupPee suits a household ready to practice a button task and involve trusted contacts.

Your dog needs to learn when to press. The device needs power and Wi-Fi. Your contacts need the app, notifications enabled and time to respond.

The button does not detect a medical event or call emergency services. A contact receives an app alert and decides how to help.

Keep your existing care arrangements and backup plans in place.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few clear answers.

Does iPupPee call 911?

No. A button press sends an app notification. Your chosen contact opens the camera, checks in and decides whether emergency services are needed.

Does the alert override Silent or Do Not Disturb?

Do not rely on a notification sounding through these settings. Check the app and phone permissions, then test the setup with your contacts. No override is promised.

Will my dog know when to press?

Your dog needs training for the task you want. Kaitlyn’s included video course introduces button use. The time needed varies by dog and practice.

What if a contact misses an alert?

Agree a response plan and backup arrangements with your contacts. App notifications do not guarantee someone will see or respond to an alert.

What else do I need?

A wall outlet, working Wi-Fi, the app on a compatible iOS or Android phone, and contacts ready to take part. Keep the device indoors and dry.

Is there a monthly subscription?

The Emergency Ready Kit costs $129.99 as a one-off purchase, with no monthly fees. Kaitlyn’s course and the Family Emergency Plan PDF are included free. Shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.

Which training is included?

Kaitlyn Trevathan’s Step-by-Step Button Training Video Mini Course is included free, along with the printable Family Emergency Plan PDF.

What are the delivery times?

The current product page lists dispatch within 1–2 business days, then around 3–5 business days for standard US delivery. Checkout shows available shipping options.
